The optical positioning system utilizes infrared optical cameras to accurately locate and track human bodies, rigid bodies, or flexible bodies, providing three-dimensional position coordinate information, six degrees of freedom information, velocity, angle, acceleration, and other data of the tracked object. The specific data information can be customized according to the different tracked objects.

The optical positioning system consists of an infrared optical tracking camera, optical marking points, optical tracking software, and other accessories. Its tracking form can be divided into two types: active optical tracking and passive optical tracking.
