At the 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC), Unitree Robotics and CHINGMU jointly demonstrated the G1 humanoid robot ping pong human-machine rally, advancing the motion capabilities of mass-produced humanoid robots toward high-dynamic interaction scenarios. CHINGMU's high-precision optical motion capture system tracks the incoming ball's position and trajectory in real time, providing millisecond-level spatial localization data for the G1 robot. This enables the robot to perform forehand, backhand, and stepping strokes, dynamically adjusting its stroke motion and body posture based on the incoming ball, achieving over 100 consecutive accurate returns on site, covering core humanoid robot capability validation scenarios such as dynamic perception, full-body coordination, and real-time decision-making.
