AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Design Institute (611 Institute) has adopted CHINGMU's high-precision optical motion capture system for precise position measurement and dynamic deformation monitoring of aircraft locating pins in extreme temperature environments. The system achieves measurement accuracy at the 20-µm level under optimal conditions, capturing real-time 6-DoF pose data of the pins. It is capable of performing non-contact high-precision measurement tasks under special environmental conditions including high/low temperatures and thermal shock.
