CHINGMU deployed the MC Series motion capture system to develop Yuan Long Ya Tu's first virtual duo — "Chang Xiaoyue" and "Zuozuo Tu" — from the ground up, marking a significant milestone in the company's metaverse strategy. The virtual duo draws inspiration from the classic Chinese mythological figures Chang'e and the Jade Rabbit, maintaining the "celestial maiden" and "adorable companion" character archetypes while endowing the pair with the ability to move freely between the virtual and physical worlds, and across past and present.
