At the highly anticipated Samsung product launch event, Beijing Starlight Film & TV partnered with CHINGMU to deliver a futuristic and innovative livestream experience powered by XR virtual production and digital human technologies. This collaboration not only enhanced the visual impact of the event but also introduced a new paradigm for efficient brand–audience interaction.
In this Samsung launch project, XR virtual production and digital human livestreaming served as the core highlights. Samsung collaborated with China's first virtual tech influencer “Mu Lan,” enabling real-time interactive engagement with the brand. Within the XR virtual studio, motion capture, facial capture, and XR production technologies were integrated to achieve real-time rendering without post-production, significantly improving efficiency and viewer experience.
CHINGMU provided high-precision motion capture and facial capture technologies to accurately drive Mu Lan's virtual avatar. Through real-time data acquisition and precise spatial tracking, the digital character interacted naturally with the audience, creating the illusion of being physically present at the event. This significantly enhanced immersion and realism in digital human livestreaming.
XR virtual production not only improves visual quality but also greatly increases production efficiency and flexibility. Compared with traditional green-screen workflows, XR enables real-time final output, reducing post-production workload and time costs. At the same time, the flexibility of virtual environments unlocks unlimited creative possibilities.
For large-scale events like the Samsung launch, the integration of XR production and digital humans enhances brand innovation and creates new forms of audience engagement. CHINGMU, as a long-term partner of Beijing Starlight Film & TV, continues to drive innovation in XR production and digital human livestreaming, delivering efficient and high-precision solutions for future projects.
