Leveraging the CHINGMU U Series high-precision underwater optical motion capture system, the research team of Professor Chen Zheng at the Ocean College, Zhejiang University, conducted real-time, high-accuracy measurement of robotic position and motion trajectories throughout underwater operation. The system provided comprehensive visualized data support for analysis and validation of underwater robot control algorithms — enabling the team to systematically improve the motion efficiency and maneuverability of underwater robotic platforms.
The high-fidelity motion data acquired through the CHINGMU U Series contributes critical empirical support and accumulated operational insight for the deployment of soft robots across a broad range of underwater applications, including ocean exploration, environmental monitoring, infrastructure inspection, and underwater rescue operations.
