Recently, the 5th China Robotics Industry Annual Conference and the LeadeRobot Robotics Industry Awards Ceremony were successfully held in Huzhou. As the most influential annual event in the industry, this conference brought together hundreds of academicians, experts, renowned scholars, and outstanding entrepreneurs. They gathered to share cutting-edge technological achievements and discuss the development of the robotics industry. CHINGMU was honored to be invited to attend the conference and participated in the "Humanoid Robotics and Embodied Intelligence Forum," where it collaborated with leading domestic companies such as Youbot Intelligent Robotics, Lingxin Qiaoshou (Beijing) Technology, and Guoxun Chip Micro (Suzhou) Technology to explore new ideas for the development of embodied intelligence and jointly open a new chapter in future advancements.

At the "Humanoid Robotics and Embodied Intelligence Forum," CHINGMU’s founder and CEO, Zhang Haiwei, shared insights into the application of motion capture technology in visual sensors and robot navigation. Zhang Haiwei emphasized that visual sensors are one of the key ways humanoid robots perceive their external environment. Through the company’s independently developed high-performance visual sensors and advanced algorithms, CHINGMU has realized autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance capabilities for humanoid robots in complex environments.

Additionally, in the highly anticipated 2024 Zhongguancun Bionic Robotics Conference, Zhang Haiwei was again invited to attend and participated in a "Roundtable Forum," where he joined top industry experts and business leaders to discuss "Technological Breakthroughs and Scenario Exploration in the Era of Humanoid Robots." Zhang Haiwei noted that humanoid robots will have a larger market in home settings. While industrial applications demand high efficiency, low cost, and reliability from robots, home environments, with their complexity and personalized needs, are more suitable for humanoid robots. To bring humanoid robots into homes, challenges such as usability, reliability, and cost need to be addressed.

In terms of empowering humanoid robot research, CHINGMU’s optical motion capture system offers advantages such as high precision, low latency, multi-target capture, and strong robustness. This system can capture and analyze position information and 6DOF data in real-time, visualizing the robot’s motion trajectories, postures, and actions. The company’s industry-leading optical finger technology also provides precise data support for robotic dexterous hand research. Leveraging the advantages of CHINGMU’s motion capture system, it can be widely applied in humanoid robot training, evaluation, collaborative experiments, and other scenarios.

Currently, CHINGMU has established partnerships with dozens of domestic universities and research institutions, providing strong support for the advancement and development of the robotics industry. For example, the company has collaborated on humanoid robot (Shanghai) Ltd.’s first full-size universal humanoid robot training tests, Zhejiang University’s research on robotic arms and underwater soft robots, Zhejiang University of Technology’s research on dexterous hands, Kunming University of Science and Technology’s research on exoskeleton robots, Xi’an Jiaotong University’s AGV collaborative vehicles, Southeast University’s wheeled mobile robot formation control, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s drone swarm control, among others.

For its outstanding contributions to the development of the robotics industry, CHINGMU was awarded the "Robot Industry Scientific Research Contribution Award" at the 2024 LeadeRobot Robotics Industry Awards. The award is given to organizations that have developed the latest prototypes or launched new (technological) products in the industry, which are recognized as leading both domestically and internationally, and have made a significant impact on the industry. The evaluation process combines both quantitative and qualitative methods for comprehensive assessment.

The "LeadeRobot China Robotics Industry Selection" is organized by the Leade Think Tank, an authoritative institution in the robotics industry, and has become a key annual event that leads the direction of the industry. As of now, the "LeadeRobot China Robotics Industry Selection" has been held successfully for four consecutive years, with its influence growing steadily. It has gained wide recognition from academia, industry, government departments, and financial institutions and is considered one of the most authoritative and influential awards in the robotics industry.

With ongoing technological breakthroughs and the rapid growth of industry demand, the robotics sector is witnessing unprecedented development opportunities. In particular, humanoid robots have made significant strides in commercialization in 2024, bringing fresh surprises to society. To promote high-quality development in the robotics industry, China has released policy documents such as the "14th Five-Year Plan for Robotics Industry Development," the "Robot+ Application Action Implementation Plan," and the "Industrial Robot Industry Standards," which aim to reshape the development path of robotics and promote deep integration and innovation with multiple industries.

According to the "2024 China Robotics Development Annual Report" released at this year’s conference, it is expected that the market size of China’s industrial robot industry will reach approximately 61.15 billion RMB in 2024 and will expand to 134.42 billion RMB by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of about 9%. The global embodied intelligence market is estimated to be worth 105.5 billion RMB in 2024, and as embodied intelligence rapidly deploys across various sectors such as retail and industry, it is expected to reach 371.88 billion RMB by 2030, with a CAGR of 38.5%.

In response to the booming growth and increasingly diversified application demands in the robotics industry, CHINGMU will continue to maintain a forward-looking vision and relentless innovation spirit. The company will continue to focus on technological research and development, expanding and optimizing product functions and application scenarios. With its outstanding technological achievements, CHINGMU aims to inject continuous vitality and momentum into the robotics industry and its related sectors, working together to create a more intelligent and beautiful future.
