On December 27, the 3rd General Member Assembly of Shandong Comic and Animation Industry Association convened in Jinan, attracting more than 50 member institutions across Shandong. Committed to serving new goals and demands for the development of Shandong’s animation industry, the association has assisted Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism in compiling the 13th Five‑Year Plan for the Development of Shandong Animation Industry and completed high‑quality Research Report on Shandong Animation Industry Development. It also actively recommends member entities for national animation enterprise accreditation, making important contributions to the high‑quality growth of Shandong’s animation sector.

CHINGMU (Qingdao) Vision Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly‑owned subsidiary founded by CHINGMU Vision at Qingdao Expo Huachuang International Industry‑Education Park. The company has jointly built a motion‑capture industry‑education integration practical‑training base together with the park. At present, the base houses a 500‑square‑meter film‑grade motion‑capture studio and an MR mixed‑reality virtual‑shooting studio. Equipped with 100 high‑performance MC4000 motion‑capture cameras, the capture zone supports simultaneous motion capture for over 10 performers and can undertake film‑level animation production projects.
