Liu Chunan, Teaching & Research Manager of Mars Era Film & Television Institute, stated, “Motion‑capture technology can effectively shorten animation production cycles. Working with plugins for UE, U3D, MAYA, C++ and other tools, it delivers professional animation and motion‑capture solutions and solid practical blueprints for metaverse content. Currently, CHINGMU’s motion‑capture equipment has been incorporated into specialized courses for 3D‑animation classes. Students are already experimenting with innovative works. The hardware allows them to experience industry‑leading motion capture during their studies, master solid technical skills for graduation projects and job‑hunting creations, and boost their overall professional competitiveness.”

Following the ceremony, inside the training base, Zeng Ting shared CHINGMU’s development milestones and technical achievements with animation‑class students. Professional instructors from Mars Era Education explained motion‑capture operation workflows to students.
“After motion data is captured in software and imported onto 3D characters, animated 3D avatars are generated. Animators then refine and optimize movements before final screening release,” explained Instructor Yuan from Mars Era Film & Television Institute. “Few institutions in the market have such hardware resources for student practical training, which brings huge benefits for students’ skill building and comprehensive competence development.”
