From November 23 to November 27, 2023, the 17th (2023) Hangzhou Cultural & Creative Industry Expo was held in Hangzhou. Over the five‑day event, more than 6,500 exhibitors, merchants and professionals from 66 countries and regions participated both online and offline. As a leading domestic enterprise for motion‑capture systems, CHINGMU was invited to take part in this expo.
Hosted by Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, Zhejiang University and China Academy of Art, the expo was undertaken by the Publicity Department of CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, Hangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Development Center, and the Administrative Committee & People’s Government of Hangzhou High‑tech Zone (Binjiang). Under the theme “Creative Hangzhou · Connecting the World”, it delivered a grand cultural gala integrating tradition and modernity, humanities and economy, as well as domestic‑international dual circulation.

As an exhibitor, CHINGMU brought multiple self‑developed products to the expo, including the Prometheus system for single‑user experience and the MC‑series multi‑performer motion‑capture system for multi‑scenario deployment with robust functions.
Prometheus is a professional motion‑capture system tailored for lightweight teams and individual users. It features outstanding strengths including high‑precision real‑time motion capture, cost‑effectiveness, small footprint and easy operation. It can satisfy motion‑capture demands from small‑and‑medium‑sized animation studios, independent content creators (UP‑users) and other lightweight‑use‑case customers.
The optical cameras adopted by the MC‑series multi‑performer motion‑capture system are self‑developed high‑end enterprise‑grade motion‑capture products from CHINGMU. Characterized by high precision, low latency, long operating range and strong robustness, when paired with motion‑capture software, they enable users to enjoy more efficient, professional and reliable motion‑capture experiences.

To help visitors intuitively understand product functions, working principles and operation methods, CHINGMU delivered live human‑actor demonstrations. Through visualized, interactive and virtual‑real integrated displays, the company brought unique audio‑visual experiences to on‑site audiences.

For the Prometheus single‑user motion‑capture system, CHINGMU demonstrated its capabilities via a live female solo dance performance. Fluid movements from the performer were fed back on screen in real‑time, drawing crowds of onlookers and warm applause from expo attendees.
Through this expo, CHINGMU helped more enterprises and audiences learn about motion‑capture technology. It further demonstrated its product performance and corporate image, winning numerous new followers and gaining wider public attention and recognition.
Focusing on motion capture to continuously empower industrial development and deliver benefits to society at large, CHINGMU will keep increasing investment in scientific research, optimize product quality and improve after‑sales services. It strives to achieve more breakthroughs in metaverse, digital entertainment, virtual reality, scientific research & industrial automation, bio‑engineering and other fields, and contribute corporate strengths to industry advancement.
