To enhance communication among industry alumni and upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, broaden professional horizons and learn cutting-edge industrial knowledge, over ten representatives from the Beijing Forestry University Shanghai Alumni Association visited CHINGMU headquarters for an exchange activity on November 28, 2023, led by Zhang Bin, Dean of the Alumni Sunflower Industrial College.

Gu Ying, Director of the Prometheus Business Unit, extended a warm welcome and received the visiting alumni on behalf of the company. She gave a detailed introduction to CHINGMU’s development history, product features, service philosophy and industrial achievements, and answered all questions raised by the alumni one by one.

To help the alumni fully and concretely understand the company’s product functions and application scenarios, Gu Ying invited them to visit the company’s XR digital studio and experience CHINGMU’s motion capture system and XR virtual production system in person. All alumni actively participated in the interactive experience with virtual characters, gaining immersive insight into the system’s operational principles and presentation effects.

During the seminar session, Gu Ying illustrated specific product application scenarios and cooperative projects with practical cases. She introduced that the XR virtual production system is widely applied not only in film and television production, commercial shooting, product launches and virtual concerts, but also in art exhibitions, educational teaching, virtual performances and live streaming. Representative projects include CCTV programs China’s Pride and Safe Travel · 2022, the all-new Nissan Teana launch event, and the film Born to Fly.

The alumni spoke highly of the fruitful visit and expressed high expectations for CHINGMU’s future development. They hoped to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future to jointly drive industrial progress.
