From July 7 to 9, 2023, the opening ceremony of the 4th China Robotics Academic Annual Conference was successfully held in Hangzhou. Hosted by the Robotics Branch of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the Robotics Technical Committee of Chinese Association of Automation, the Robotics Committee of Chinese Society of Astronautics, the Intelligent Robotics Committee of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and the Intelligent Robotics Committee of China Computer Federation, the conference was undertaken by the State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power and Mechatronic Systems, the State Key Laboratory of Robotics and System, the State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, and the State Key Laboratory of Robotics. Committed to enriching China’s academic research atmosphere in the robotics field, the conference serves as a vital academic exchange platform for domestic researchers and scholars.

CHINGMU showcased its high-precision infrared optical motion-capture system and delivered on-site demonstrations of UAV formation positioning and tracking. Featuring self-developed sensors and proprietary human motion algorithms, the system delivers outstanding 6DOF tracking performance with high precision, low latency, exceptional stability and easy calibration, winning wide praise from on-site visitors.


At the exhibition booth, the optical motion-capture system composed of four high-end enterprise-grade MC4000W cameras achieved precise positioning for UAV formation demonstration. Meanwhile, UW4000, the newly launched underwater camera, delivered stable and superior rigid-body tracking effects, attracting numerous teachers and students to consult on relevant technical details.

Since its launch, CHINGMU’s self-developed and self-manufactured motion-capture equipment and systems have gained wide recognition across the industry. With high precision and user-friendliness, the solutions are widely applied in scientific research and automation scenarios, including UAVs, robots, robotic arms, marine engineering and other professional fields requiring high-precision positioning and measurement.
