The charming quacks of ducks can surely captivate hearts. Imagine a world where a flock of cheerful little yellow ducks incessantly quacks their way into your daily life – what kind of experience would that be?

Recently, the romantic comedy film "Welcome to My World," directed by Song Haolin and starring Yu Shi and Wang Yinglu, has achieved an impressive opening score of 9.6 on Taopiaopiao, making it the highest-rated domestic romantic comedy film in the past five years. In the film, Yu Shi plays Chen Xiaozhou, whose life is filled with an overwhelming abundance of little yellow ducks due to his "hallucination disorder." This fantastical premise not only lends the film immense comedic effect but also propels the storyline forward. However, little do audiences know that the successful portrayal of these little yellow ducks owes much to a pivotal technology: ChingMu Vision's motion capture technology.

In an interview with the media, director Song Haolin revealed that the design and creation of the little yellow ducks underwent numerous iterations, especially when considering their interaction with the actors. Initially, the team considered using puppets, but due to the significant differences in movement between humans and ducks, they ultimately opted for 3D animation. Furthermore, the size of the ducks was meticulously tested and refined.

To endow the little yellow ducks with a more three-dimensional, lifelike appearance and minimize the complex post-production data repair work typically associated with 3D animation, thus enhancing the overall production quality, Jinglang Media collaborated with ChingMu Vision. Leveraging ChingMu Vision's high-precision optical motion capture system, the team captured the movements of live actors, including body language, facial expressions, and prop interactions, with pinpoint accuracy. This data was then processed by ChingMu's proprietary software algorithms to drive the pre-built 3D character models in real-time, achieving seamless synchronization and fluid transitions between the actors and the animated ducks.

As a result, the little yellow ducks were brought to life on screen, exhibiting charming, adorable, and perceptive personalities filled with vitality. This integration created hilarious and memorable scenes that offered audiences an unprecedented cinematic experience.
