Hydraulic and Hydropower Simulation Teaching

ChingMu Vision offers comprehensive motion capture technology support and services to the School of Hydroelectric Engineering, Hohai University, for the construction of a virtual simulation teaching laboratory. This laboratory revolves around creating realistic teaching scenarios based on the operating principles and work environment of "diversion-type hydropower stations." It brings into the classroom scenarios that are unfeasible in real-life teaching, allowing students to intuitively and effectively understand the internal structure, main equipment, and operating conditions of hydropower stations. Furthermore, students can conduct experimental tests based on their learning topics. This approach reduces the risks and costs associated with practical disciplines while providing students with an immersive experience, deepening their understanding of theoretical knowledge, and enhancing their professional skills. It also opens up more possibilities for the exploration of hydraulic and electric virtual simulation teaching in academic institutions.
