On May 11, the finals of the vocational education group in the student employment track of the first National College Students' Career Planning Competition were held at Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts. To fully implement the original intention of the competition, the finals specially set up an "enterprise preferred group" to provide employment guidance and support for each contestant. Based on Chingmu Vision's outstanding contributions in school-enterprise cooperation and the development of integration of industry and education, Chingmu Vision is honored to be invited to participate in this finals, cheering for each contestant and empowering career development. According to the company's job requirements and combining the situation of the contestants, it provides diversified job choices to meet the career planning and employment needs of different students.

The first National College Students' Career Planning Competition is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. With the theme of "Building dreams in youth with aspirations everywhere, planning to set sail and guiding the future of careers", and taking moral cultivation and employment education as the main line, it strives to create a large classroom for strengthening career education, a large platform for promoting the connection between talent supply and demand, and a large market for serving the employment of graduates, so as to better achieve the goals of promoting learning, teaching, and employment through competitions.

The competition is divided into three levels: school-level competition, provincial-level competition, and finals. The growth track is set up for middle and lower grade students, the employment track is set up for senior students, and the teaching track of college students' career development and employment guidance courses is set up for college employment guidance teachers. Each track has higher education groups and vocational education groups. The competition has a cumulative registration of 9.52 million students, covering 2,740 colleges and universities, accounting for 98.6% of the total number of ordinary colleges and universities in the country. 7.44 million people signed up for the student growth track, and 2.08 million people signed up for the student employment track. Among them, the student employment track mainly examines students' practical ability in job hunting, the adaptability of personal development paths to the needs of economic and social development, and the fit between employment ability and career goals and job requirements.

In recent years, the Ministry of Education has attached great importance to college students' career development and employment guidance. The "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Employment and Entrepreneurship of National Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2024" issued by the Ministry of Education put forward 26 measures, requiring all localities and colleges and universities to implement the "Promotion Action for the Employment and Entrepreneurship of National Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2024" and make every effort to promote the employment of college graduates.
